Act 1 Scene 7 Summary

In this scene Macbeth has an argument with himself about whether or not he will kill the king. Then Macbeth decides that he is no longer going to think about killing the king. Lady Macbeth later on shames him because of what he decided, and made him think that killing the king is honorable, whilst it is not. She persuades him to kill the plan by making the guards drunk and accusing the guards of killing him. And he agreed to doing it.

Macbeth:

I am settled and bend up each corporal agent to this terrible feat. Away, and mock the time with fairest show, false face must hide what the false heart doth know.
