MACBETH

(aside) The prince of Cumberland! That is a step
On which I must fall down, or else o’erleap,
For in my way it lies. Stars, hide your fires;
Let not light see my black and deep desires.
The eye wink at the hand, yet let that be
Which the eye fears, when it is done, to see.

  1. Obai,

    I think you may be copying these summaries directly from Sparknotes: http://www.sparknotes.com/shakespeare/%20macbeth/section1.rhtml – as I said to the class, if you copy other people’s work without crediting them it is plagiarism, which is a very serious matter in the academic world. It’s the theft of intellectual property.

    Sparknotes gives information about how to credit their work if you want to use it in your own academic writing: http://www.sparknotes.com/shakespeare/%20macbeth/citing.html – In this case it’s as if you’re claiming you wrote the summaries yourself.

    Please either cite it correctly, or even better, do the work yourself.

    • I am surprised how similar these two summaries look like, I did not copy , however my sister helped me do this summary.
      Thank you for letting me know, I will edit it know.
      Sorry did not mean it.
